Centrally located in the heart of Pratunam. A five minute walk will take you to Platinum mall. Bathrooms is quite spacious and has a homey feel. Breakfast is very good!

All the staff (reception, concierge, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff and cleaners) are exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful and always with a smile The buffet breakfast were impressive with large spread of choice. We had a wonderful time trying and enjoying all sorts of varieties during breakfast. We appreciate the complimentary fresh fruits and snacks upon our arrival. We love the location of the hotel as it is so near to Platinum Mall and other tourists spots.

Public transportation options like the BTS Skytrain are also within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. Room: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, often described as more of a suite-style layout with separate living areas. They offer great views of the bustling Bangkok skyline, although some guests might find the decor a bit dated. The amenities are comprehensive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a mix of Thai and international cuisines. Guests often appreciate the variety, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area provides a pleasant atmosphere to start the day.

The service is very good at Grand Diamond Suites Hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also very good. We had a great time and our room was very clean and made up in a timely manner each day. We also liked the option to pay a reasonable amount for a late checkout. This was greatly appreciated.
